Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are always striving to improve in what we are doing to better serve you in the field. Your opinions and thoughts matter to us. As mentioned in the email, we will divide out $2,500 by the people who fill out the survey. You can leave your name blank if you wish to remain anonymous, but will not receive any funds as a result.
